Flow Chart:

Manual Decoiler → Entry Guide → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter → Out Table

Process:

Steel coil is manually loaded and guided into the roll forming unit, where the sheet passes through 17 forming stations to achieve its final shape with folded edges. After shaping, a hydraulic cutter ensures precise cutting to length. The formed ridge cap is then collected on the output table.
